If within 30 days after you receive your order you are not completely satisfied please return your purchase to us for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H).

- Click on the "Customer Orders" tab
- Find your order and click on the "Return Items" button
- Fill out and submit the form

- Please let us know your reason for return.
- Prepare your package for return.
- Write the RA# on the label of your return.
- Insure your package against possible loss or damage.
- We will inspect the return to ensure return of all parts, packaging, manuals, etc.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- We will send out a replacement or refund your purchase price (minus shipping and any adjustments if there are missing parts, manuals, etc.)
