GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping offers on select products to Continental US only. Free shipping offers on select products will be shipped with the carrier of our choice using a ground service.

Orders received for items in stock normally ship by the next business day. Orders shipping via USPS may be delayed by an extra business day. If you need to be certain that a product arrives by a certain date and time, please phone us before placing your order. Most of our orders ship from WI, but on occasion we will ship from CA, NY, OK, FL, PA, UT, and WA.

We ship with UPS®, the US Postal Service (USPS), and occasionally FedEx®. We also use freight truck services when required. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice regardless of the carrier option that is chosen.

Days in Transit: DO NOT include the day you place your order or the day it ships.  For example, if your order ships on a Monday via 3-Day, the order would arrive on Thursday. If you order on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday your order should ship the next possible business day. Delays due to bad weather, or all other carrier issues are not under our control.

If you place an order for an out of stock/back-ordered item, we will contact you and let you know when we expect to ship your order.

If you choose to refuse shipment and the item is forwarded back to us we will refund the price of the item, but not the cost of shipping that you were charged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

If you select UPS Worldwide Services®, UPS Canada Standard®, or USPS International (any service) for shipping, Please note: Our Rates do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the receiver upon delivery of package unless otherwise indicated by the shipper. UPS and USPS rates are no known and are not included in the shipping charge. You can contact UPS to see if they can give you an estimate on custom fees that would be collected by them. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS.

If you choose to refuse shipment because you don't want to pay custom fees collected by UPS and the item is forwarded back to us, we will refund the price of the item, but not the cost of shipping that you were charged. If we do not receive the item(s) back you may be charged a flat fee or our cost of the item(s) that were not returned.
