The Xantrex XPower 400 Plus plugs directly into a 12 volt lighter socket.  You can turn your vehicle into a mobile office or have power to run entertainment electronics. If you have AC loads greater than 150 watts, the inverter should be connected directly to the battery to prevent blowing the fuse in the car.
